1. Our Standard
We work exclusively with fresh flowers and carefully monitor quality at every stage. Each bouquet is assembled immediately before delivery to preserve its freshness and appearance.
2. Quality Control
Before dispatch, every order goes through a thorough check: we assess the condition of the flowers, the shape of the arrangement, and compliance with our brand standards.
3. Bouquet Lifespan
The longevity of a bouquet depends on the type of flowers and the conditions in which it is kept after receipt. With proper care, your bouquet will stay fresh significantly longer.
4. If Something Is Wrong
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. A photo would be very helpful — it allows us to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
5. Resolution
We carefully review every enquiry and offer a solution: a replacement or an adjustment to your order.
CARE GUIDE
General
Flowers are living things. A few simple steps will keep them beautiful for longer.
After Receipt
Place the bouquet in a clean vase with water. Trim the stems if needed. Preserve the shape — it has been thoughtfully arranged.
Water
Use clean, cool water. Change it regularly. With each change, give the stems a light trim.
Stem Trim
A clean cut is the foundation of a flower's nourishment. Use a sharp tool. Precision matters.
Placement
Avoid heat, direct sunlight, and draughts. Do not place near fruit. Environment determines longevity.
Important
Every flower has its own rhythm. Remove fading elements as they appear. Care is part of the composition.
WATER GUIDE
Hydrangea — Plenty of water. Vase almost full.
Ranunculus — 2–3 cm of water.
Peonies — Medium level.
Roses — Plenty of water. Deep vase.
Tulips — 3–5 cm of water.
Spray Roses — Medium level. Change water regularly.
BOX ARRANGEMENTS
Flowers are placed in floral foam. Add a small amount of water daily — directly into the centre of the arrangement. The foam should remain moist, not saturated. Do not remove the flowers. The shape of the arrangement is intentional. Keep away from heat, sunlight, and draughts.
